How do I pay ?

Payment is taken at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt for your purchase.

If for some reason my child and I can't attend the booking, can I change it ?

We will always try our best to move your booking date. However due to our pre-planned schedule this may not always be possible as availability may be limited.

What happens if I am late for my booking ?

Sadly, Father Christmas is very busy and if you miss your booking we will not be able to offer another one.

Will you send me a reminder before the event ?

Yes, we will email you a reminder 7 days prior to the booking, and again 24 hours before the booking with the Zoom link.

I don't have zoom, what other options do I have ?

We can set up a FaceTime call, however we would recommend using Zoom due to the higher quality of call. It’s easy to download and you’ll have time to test it before your booking. Zoom can be used on phones, tablets and computers. We’ve attached a link here with a step by step process of how to download.

Can the booking be on Christmas Day ?

Yes, however due to demand this option will have limited availability and a small surcharge will be added

How many children can attend one booking ?

We recommend no more than three children on one call to ensure the children get the best possible experience! If you have booked a home visit, we will discuss the group numbers with you for your individual experience.

What age does my child need to be ?

Father Christmas is happy to call children of any age, but we feel children aged between 2 and 10 get the most out of the experience!

Are Father Christmas and Elves approved to work with children ?

We have carried out background safety checks on all of our festive team for your peace of mind.
